This past Sunday was CBR's 50th anniversary where everyone got together to celebrate the wonderful place so many people call home. Parents were dropping off their children, alumni were comparing the old and the new things about camp, and the staff were anxiously waiting on the brand new session B campers. The day was full of catching up with old friends, hugs, and lots of love. The day consisted of a beautifully displayed lunch and a BMX show! All visitors were offered a tour of the camp and parents of campers got to meet all the counselors and see their children's bunks. It was an exciting and eventful day to say the least. After the visitors shuffled out of camp, the kids began to settle in. We opened up camp with another fabulous dessert show and the counselor show off where each counselor introduces themselves and what activity they run. The 50th summer of CBR is off to an amazing start and will end on an even better note. We can't wait to see what the future has in store for us!
